From Aschau i. Chiemgau, the Kampenwand cable car takes you comfortably and safely up to an altitude of almost 1,500 metres, right into the heart of the mountain world with its imposing rock formations, magnificent views and fragrant alpine meadows. Once at the mountain station, there are countless hiking trails to explore. Another special feature of the Kampenwand is the almost flat panoramic trail with magnificent views of the Alpine foothills and Lake Chiemsee with its islands.
